1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering The Azure Terrace Casino Resort ("the Casino," "we," "us," or "our") or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not enter the premises or use our services.

2. Age Requirement - 18+ ONLY

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO ENTER THIS CASINO.

The Azure Terrace strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 18 years for all guests. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide acceptable proof of age. Any person found to have provided false identification or misrepresented their age will be:

• Immediately removed from the premises
• Subject to criminal prosecution
• Banned from all future entry
• Required to forfeit any winnings

3. Rules of Conduct

All guests must adhere to the following rules:

• Respect staff, security personnel, and other guests
• Dress code requirements must be observed in designated areas
• No cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity
• No disruptive, threatening, or abusive behavior
• No weapons or illegal substances on premises
• Follow all gaming rules and dealer instructions
• Comply with security and surveillance measures

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal and permanent ban from the property.

4. Gaming Rules and Regulations

All gaming at The Azure Terrace is governed by:

• State and federal gaming laws and regulations
• House rules specific to each game
• Decisions of gaming supervisors and pit bosses (final and binding)

Management reserves the right to refuse any wager or discontinue any game. Table limits are subject to change without notice. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before participating.

Large payouts may require additional verification and processing time. We reserve the right to withhold payment pending investigation of suspicious activity.

7. VIP Membership Terms

VIP membership benefits are subject to:

Membership is non-transferable and may be revoked for violations of these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Interruption or suspension of services

11. Changes to Terms

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable federal laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
